Gave specific instructions to meet 3:30pm at sengkang MRT however customer did not read properly and reached 3pm at the wrong station ( Buangkok mrt ) . I told him to travel to sengkang mrt which is 1 station and he did not respond anymore after . we Rushed all the way from work ...so angry !
