Item arrived with a broken zipper defect that was not disclosed. When contacted, seller is defensive that she checked the item beforehand and doesn't even want to see the video proof i wanted to share. She also justified she bought the item at higher price initially. An apology would be sufficient initially tho but i received none. This is abt accountability
