There are tons of Chinese characters on the package of the phone, but the buyer ignored them and he did not ask about the Chinese set. And the phone is only sold at 90, not 900. It can be used as a backup phone. Solutions to solve the issue were found and provided to the buyer but he refused to try. The buyer is too good at blaming others.
