Smooth great value deal with a responsive & friendly seller. Self collection was fuss free as all info provided including contact number for easy communication. Item as described 💯🤗👍⭐️🙏💪🌸

We switched the item on and it tripped our circuit breaker twice 😱😱😱😱😱 Deal was done at her void deck. So no chance to test it first before paying. Seller claimed item was fine and refused to refund/return. We switched it on again to take video proof and it seemed okay. But we lost confidence due to safety issues. Lesson learnt: no testing, don’t buy 😡😡

Hi Karen. I offered to help you get help from Cornell but I think you need help from IMH instead. I asked for a photo of the wire/fuse/plug head so I can highlight this to Cornell since I am not the manufacturer of this product. You sent me video of you boiling meat. No said video of the power trip received. Your husband also said it’s working fine already after trying again lol stop trying to scam people you belong in a padded room
