I was keen to getting ur item that why I made the offer to ur post. But the handle or known as the stem wasnt able to retract fully as shown in ur 1st posting picture and that the main reason I didnt get it. Few minutes delay was due to the peak traffic hour. Hope u soon find a buy and Good to day to u

The stem is not supposed to be retracted fully. You may contact authorised service centres to verify that. It will be made clear to you that you cancelled the transaction on unfounded grounds. That aside, you wasted an enormous part of my day and peak traffic is certainly not to blame here. I pray that other sellers won't have to go through the same nightmarish experience I did in dealing with you.
