Great buyer will deal again!

追加評價

Buyer failed to ask for more information before dealing and goes on to ramble on about how I did not help when I gave him a tutorial on how to setup and eventually swap out the product for this person. For other buyers or sellers hoping to deal with this person please be aware that he holds grudges and unable to see pass himself.

Seller sold me a faulty product when the listing says "Tested and Working Condition". I already tried troubleshooting before contacting seller. Seller proceeds to ghost me and offer no resolution so I had to contact his father to settle and arrange for a swap (the other keyboard has issues too). I have been pretty reasonable as a buyer, but this is ridiculous I think the moral of the story is to stop selling faulty products! Stop lying in your listing, blaming AI, and wasting everybody's time
