Hairdryer not working. I opened it a day after receiving it and tried using it. Speed stays the same at every setting and seller refuse to let me return and refund. And stopped answering messages and cancel my call when i requested I do not recommend this seller. Stay away.

Genuine Seller. Carousel has investigated and closed the case, stating that transaction is accepted and genuine. Original working item that has box with barcode. Let go at a good price. Item was let go as per described. If want to complain then buy full price at retail store pls. Expected return refund and warranty from a 2nd hand platform sale. Unlucky to meet such buyer. Thank goodness there is full 5 star ratings for 6 years here to back reputation up.
