I bought a Fjallraven foldsack from seller and found the straps to be uneven when i got back. I asked him if it was an authentic item and he said it was. I brought it to authorised agent who confirmed that it was NOT authentic. I contacted seller to ask him how we could resolve this and he didn't bother to reply and deleted the listing. My first negative experience on Carousell and I hope it'll be the last too

What really happened: Buyer bought a bag with substantial discount. After using it for 1 year, came back, claimed the bag wasnt true and ask for $.(1) You need 1 year to think? (2) She basically needs $$. This action was cheap& outragous.No business accept this after you've used the bag till damaged for 1 whole year. I rejected. My profile was around long enough to earn credits from community. No empty threat could damage it. Unreasonable person!
