Worst buyer I’ve encountered. Claimed the item was faulty, agreed to return it for a full refund, but never shipped it back or uploaded any tracking. The buyer also stopped replying to all my messages after that. I had to send 20+ emails to Carousell over nearly 2 months before they finally released my payment. Very stressful and a huge waste of time. Not recommended.
resolved by Carousell "The transaction was fully investigated and resolved by Carousell Support according to platform policies. I provided all necessary details directly to the platform, and the funds were released accordingly. Apologies for any frustration caused during the formal dispute process." Please don't blame others.
