Received the item. Seller was communicative. However the item isn't what the same as in the picture. The dress was a replica but she didn't say it in the description. I feedback this to her but was ignored.

She receive my money for Pre-order on 23Jun. 2 weeks later defective item received. She claim she will ask her supplier to send parts for me to fix the item myself. She claim she will be overseas till 26July. I waited for her to come back n msg her but till now she has ignored me totally. Report to carousell n they contacted her but she ignored them as well n changed her username. She's still lying. Till now no response n nothing sent to fix item. If ur conscience is clear den reply my msgs

Fyi i have already sent the item to fix the problem. Also i have been very accomodating to meet ur demands & requests when u kept spamming me on how to solve the problem, demanding i must respond to u immediately as u have to go to work at 3am. Despite my having difficulty to, i tried my best to give solutions.Instead of appreciating,u put up false posts in ur listing to accuse me.FYI, Carousell d/n contact me how to ignore them?& changing nick was a coincidence so I changed it bck to prove to u
