Think twice before you want to deal with this buyer. So called working and staying at Orchard but have no courtesy to let you know in advance that the proposed time will no longer work or need to reschedule and just made you wait and gave millions of excuses and in the end when we’ve the feeling that this is not a genuine buyer and told him that it is fine to cancel the deal, right away the answer was YES! Such a waste of time and I would never ever encourage to deal with such buyer at all!!
