Perhaps the best person to end up bunking beside in the army. Enlisting might mean spending less time in the gym, but thanks to Nicholas' ingenuity, we were able to work out with the few things at our disposal - from hammer curls with a fire extinguisher to side lateral raises with water buckets. I even managed to see results with these improvised routines over those weeks. Just incredible.

Nicholas is a genuine, passionate, understanding and patient trainer he made sure to prioritise the safety while conducting a fun and productive training session. He has a deep understanding and knowledge on fitness would definitely recommend his service to others!
