Hello! Just to clarify, the offer was made, but there was no immediate acceptance on your part. In contract law, an offer can be revoked any time before acceptance is communicated. Since I received a better offer before your acceptance was confirmed, I lawfully revoked the offer. Therefore, no binding contract was formed. Thanks for understanding :)
