punctual, polite BUT Claimed that the book is brand new without any markings/highlights, but end up having quite a lot of highlights and markings (only showed two of the many marked pages below) Although I expected the quality of a $45 book to be not ideal, but he clearly stated that the book is brand new so I feel being deceived. I’m sorry i honestly didn’t know there were writings on the book, i completely forgot i even wrote on the two pages of the book. When i looked through the book it seemed like it didn’t have anything on it.
