Messaged me two months ago to buy a jacket and wanted to pay via Paypal for a meet-up, which I do not do. Messaged me again wanting to buy and I allowed Paypal this time but wanted to try on the item without buying and without paying for it first. Ridiculous request as I have already provided a when worn photo to her and size as necessary and would have been happy to send her measurements of the item as requested. Here was your question: I am in Perth where abouts are you based ? But it's says in the description where we are based and she never proceeded to pay but made the offer . She is just a time waster for me. She is just about excuses to get out of the sale. Read the description it's says free shipping if you buy from our WEBSITE not on here. It even says postage in item description. You had plenty of time to pay and you never even said how you were going to pay.
