Buyer purchase a speedy 30 from me for $295.6. I had recorded a video of the bag for her and she was happy with that. The only thing that I missed is a 1cm hole on the lining near the zipper inside the bag. I offer her $30 refund for the hole and she refused it then ask me for $150 refund and said that the bag is rubbish. She is been very rude in our conversation! Would not recommend to other seller.
Video didn’t show hole in bag or mould spots in video only outside and serial number inside. got a quote from bag spa to fix and it costs $200 to do so. Would have appreciated full disclosure of faults prior to purchase. Lesson learnt for me to double check purchase

Shoes not in good condition and looks like they had definitely been worn more than 5 times. Had to wait half an hour for the seller. I said I don't want them anymore and she just walked away. So rude. It looked obviously off white it had to be true white.
You were meeting at 9 , you didn’t arrive and then at 3, I came down at 3.05 before reading that you had sent a message saying you didn’t want the shoes and when I came down to meet you, you said you didnt want them, yet I held them for a few days. Happy to screen shot message of your withdrawal.
