I think you should checked first before making an offer.. its not nice to make an offer and last minute decide not to pursue the deal due to "size" issues.

Hi. I do apologise after checking and if u still feel sour over it after a day or so u shd be Glad I didn't ask for a meet up n ended up no show. But thanks for the upset feedback. And also, it's not last min cancel off deal... Please read if n count ur date properly.
