Buyer claims our item hurt her skin. we wanted to report to CASE, offered to pay the fee on behalf. Buyer said CASE is useless and rejected. Buyer complaint a lot in carousell. However, when we wanted to investigate more, buyer seems hesitated and back out !! Pardon us if the condition is not like what you mentioned. Else hopefully you can provide us with min. evidence or report and can settle at police station or case to return each justice as you won't lose out in both ways if it's real.
