I bought 7 pieces hello kitty keychains from the seller. I trusted that item was alright but after that I found that 1 delivered wrong and 2 items have defect which I have reported it to the seller. He refused to exchange and refund for the defect item and said that it was an offer price. Seller was irresponsible. I hope nobody experience like what I have experienced.

3 年前（已編輯）I already agree to refund all items I sold, you took as a bundle price then you keep what you want. Want to refund item you don’t like. Bundle sold I refund all simple rule. Otherwise pay what you choose as original price. fussy buyer don’t want to waste even one minute.
