Dishonest seller. Claimed the 6 months old sofa has no defects. When I received the sofa, it was found with a torn hole, bottom cloth drop out and sign of wear and tear. How could the sofa is only 6 months old? I feel cheated by paying $100 for a wear out and torn sofa. Seller did not send multiple pictures and insisted me to pay a deposit of $50 to cover the transportation fee of $35. The screenshot won't lie.
The condition of the sofa was explicitly mentioned to you with even mulitple photos as proof when requested. I even allowed you to come down in person and see the condition of it yourself before making any commitments in getting the product. Is it fair to be blamed for your negligence or mishandling of product? It's very disheartening that our transaction ended on a bad note. I offered and paid delivery as well! Perhaps u should consider buying a new sofa instead of a second-hand one in future!
