The uniforms are neither stained nor torn, merely discoloured due to multiple wash and loose strings which can be easily mended are NORMAL wear and tear. If you are so particular, stop being a CHEAPO and go buy brand new piece. Even late for 15 mins and very unresponsive even when I specifically came to deliver to your place, very thick-skinned.
