After giving the jersey a "Hand wash" the front logo (Air Asia) came off. Was so shocked and even more disappointed when the seller doesn't even care to give any positive response or refund. If you doesn't want to refund it's ok but at least be completely honest to the next buyer next time.

Thanks for purchasing. Fact that buyer very happy in first review implied that our item was received in its expected condition as described. Buyer aware that item is 15-year-old shirt, never used/washed, and kept as collection. Extra care should be adopted in handling most this type of shirt. Mishap while donning or cleaning is beyond our control and culpability is not ours. Even so, we go the extra mile to offer Return & Refund to buyer. Refund without returning item is not applicable for this.
