I have already made an official police report and i have already complained to carousel and im proceeding to complain to KPDN . i have asked for a refund 2 hours after purchase as he did not show me the product properly when we were face2face he was holding it the whole time and showing me and i didnt spot it was broken . i already have buyer's protection so i should be refunded but the seller is refusing . i didnt text the seller after 2 days or 1 week i did it immediately after 2 hours .
