I made an exception for the buyer to pay in full instead of collecting a 50% deposit yet she left me a neutral feedback without contacting me. I contacted her to explain that minor factory flaws are inevitable and even offered to exchange it for a new one in hopes of resolving this amicably. Unfortunately, she has opened the bottle and drank the water, hence this is no longer a viable option. We have come to a mutual understanding and edited our feedback to a positive for one another. Really disappointed with the item! Bought the jack Daniel 'muscle tank' from her but end up it's just the tank top! Told her to name her products properly next time (cuz I thought she didn't noe the diff between the two) but she replied say I could cut the arm hole bigger?! Apparently she understand the difference! And I dun think I pay to wan to diy myself. But nonetheless, seller was efficient in mailing item out.
