If you needed the shoes urgently, you should have agreed to a refund when I asked! Expected arrival time is 2-3 weeks, delivery was NOT late. If you're not satisfied with something, you should have voiced it out instead of just leaving a negative feedback without saying anything. To think that I still willingly absorbed all costs of your initial pair of defected shoes and reordered with my own money... If I had known how ungrateful/unreasonable you are, I would have sold you the defected pair.
