After all the negotiations and address given,I have been denied entry by the seller to his premise.He didn't even cancel my offer so I assumed the deal is still on.Imagine I come from Pasir Ris to Choa Chu Kang INZ Residence just to be denied visit to his unit.He has gone to the extent of f lying about going to Brazil for 6 months for attachment and he asked me to pay the full amount first.🤔

Someone with 219 5* review will not change overnight. Sour buyer.Came to my house without notice twice. Once when I'm away and now when I'm back. Do not give out address as he may pop by suddenly. Agreed on price but asked for more discounts because he needed to pay for a fine. $1000 nego till 850 then 750. Too much hassle to deal with many irrelevant questions. That's why I transferred him back the deposit and only willing to deal if full amount is paid.
