Most unreliable seller I've ever experienced. Seller agreed on price and even we went all the way to meet him in bukit Gobak at his time but he backed out because he had a higher offer at the last minute! Very unreliable! Buyer accepted ur offer of $1001 on the 22rd...there was even a confirmation given subsequently in telephone conversation both buyer and seller agreed to meet at seller request at BT Gombak MRT at 2pm on 23rd.I proceeded there only to be told that the price has been raised.
Buyer failed to place any single cent meant as a deposit or act as an assurance to buy. The offer was only valid from 21st till 22nd August and the buy is on 23rd August, thus the offer has expired Since then the selling price is been reverted back to 1150$. Another buyer offered 1100$ and even transferred 500$ to my account as an assurance for collection this evening. Thou I countered the buyer with an unopened set on Thursday at the same price but was replied with harsh and rudely manner.
