Scheduled to collect item about 4 times. Kept me waiting and moving pick-up day on the last minute. I wasted my weekend waiting. On the last follow up, just read my message and ignored the transaction after I have reserved the item. No apologies, no explanation.

Told her it’s unable to collect from Bedok due to transport is not available and need to collect from HG. All the while I have clearly informed need to be collected from HOUGANG instead. Half day before the collection, she said driver is expensive so I asked do you still wanna collect today? She said yes. I rushed all the way to Hougang and ended up she said waiting at Bedok instead! WASTE TIME!!
