Harness arrived very dirty and missing a strap. Thus, it is not safe to use for a baby. Seller was not supportive and rather upset when I asked for the missing strap. Item was described as "lightly used" but it turned out it had been used for years and had other users before. Lost unnecessary money and time. Transaction and chat seemed smooth prior to the issue.

Buyer bought my item with *actual* picture of it shown in the listing. Days after receiving item, she comes back to complain why my item is not as per a website photo (different from my actual photo)... my listing only has 1 photo which is the *actual item*, and that was what she received. But somehow she is not happy about it and made a fuss...
