Buyer do not even bother to contact us but left a lengthy - feedback just because bag lining IS NOT PINK but black. All becos we have two versions & she bought instock black lining. WE DREAD CUSTOMER WHO TAKE A POSITION OF ENTITLEMENT & ACT CONTEMPTUOUS OF OTHERS. SUPERIOR. What sort of service recovery do you expect when try bully us to one with unjustified -FB for a bag purchase! For all u said, still think u r entitled to an exchange, a +FB, niceness? Is this the kind of customer service or service recovery that you should be providing? you should have at least explained in the feedback reply that there are two versions and asked if i wan to exchange. at least i could amend my feedback later on. you had an opportunity to do so but you didn't; now everyone can see how rude you are. also, when i was ordering, why didn't you clarify with me and tell me there are two versions? Jus becos i left u a neg feedback, u also gave me one. childish
