On Mon we dealed to exchange item, she said she stay in Johor. On Tues she said she posted out the parcel via Jnt. On Wed-Thurs she no online. on Fri she said the tracking number is missing. But my JnT apps does not show any pending item under "to receive". Meaning that she did not post out any at all. luckily,I managed to ask JnT to stop sending my parcel. Ish..PENIPU!!

seller ignored my refund request for 2 items i bought from her after failed to post a week after the deal. bila dh agree refund, she backed off 3 days later kata cannot refund. wasnt a nice experience, seller always tarik tali lol i was stressing out the whole process. the time it took for each product to arrive : lipbalm 8 days, bodymist 15 days. also this the condition of the lipbalm arrived😭
