Unreasonable buyer. After purchase of item wanted refund because she claims that the monitor cannot connect. Then after that claim cannot charge. This is despite showing her that it was fully charged when it was delivered.

There’s nothing to be defensive about. So what if you have many good ratings but yet no credibility? It was your choice to accept or to reject the offer. Accepting an offer doesn’t give you an upper hand and any special rights. To clarify, I merely requested for meet up during lunch hour instead of office hour, which you wanted. There’s nothing wrong about it. If you can’t be generous, then don’t be.
