Very genuine and responsive dealer. I sent my lens in and Adam was very helpful in checking it and quoting very reasonably. He even helped me save money by suggesting I go with the cheaper servicing for a fungal spot that was more serious and not to spend on another part's fungal removal since it's not crucial. He also helped to check my other photog equipment's condition since I had brought them.

Professional and honest! went for sensor cleaning. adam checked and mentioned that the sensor is clean and the dust should be from other components. He could have charged me for cleaning a clean sensor which I believe other shops will! Definitely recommended :) will return for future camera issues.

Adam did a great job cleaning up a fungus-infected Fujifilm teleconverter lens. It was a drop-off service and Adam gave a quotation on-the-spot. Very reasonable price. Surprisingly, he showed me the same converter which was dropped off by another customer. I could pick up the lens in three working days. Had a wonderful chat with him on cameras and lenses :D

I was actually surprised by how knowledgeable the team were at diagnosing the problem. I went in because my 24-70’s aperture module is spoiled and zoom ring is loose and they manage to replace it and have it ready within 2-3 days. The team is also service oriented and friendly. I didnt have to say much and the process was seamless. They will be my go-to servicing place from today onwards.
