Deal agreed, and the deposit was paid. She asked me to postpone the pick-up by one month. It was inconvenient and troublesome, but I accepted it. And then, when it was time to pick up what I had bought, she simply changed her mind.

Message #1 - I understand what you are saying, but it doesn't change the fact that we shouldn't sell what we are not 100% sure of, but if we do, we should honour our commitment. Message #2 - One more thing. Don't complain about the landlord, or anyone else for that matter, that walk away from a deal with you. These were the messages I sent. As anyone can see, I didn't insult anyone.

It was not exact the case. You paid the deposit but on the same day later I let you know that the deal might be postponed (due to unforeseen circumstances). I offered to return the deposit immediately but you preferred to wait for one month. When I finally canceled the deal and returned the deposit you started insulting me. Anyway, take my apologies for inconvenience.
