Will recommend MSC for direct contractor renovation work. Contacted them on Carousell and they came down to review the project and take measurements on the same day itself. We spent the next 3 days discussing and finalising small details and proceeded with the job. MSC did my full kitchen renovation - hacking, retile, full carpentry - almost to what most IDs can do. Beautiful end result.

I read the positive reviews for them on Carousell and decided to go with them to hack my existing floor tiles, level the floors and retile with a mix of parquet and marble. Was so close to getting an ID to do the work for me but I’m glad I met them - they provide the same level of coordination and design services that you would expect of ID firms but at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Mark & Spensers for any renovation work. We recently had them redo our kitchen, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. They kept to the timeline they promised, and the project manager was very responsive to our texts. It’s hard to find contractors who actually show up when they say they will, but these guys were professional throughout.

Got the team to hack our old tiles in the kitchen and lay new vinyl flooring — pleased with the result! They were polite, replied quickly, worked super fast without leaving a mess behind. Was looking to redo my toilet after 10years. Reached out to a few contractors and very quickly settled on Mark and Spenser - quotes were very competitive and we agreed on the job within the day. Work commenced the day after and was completed faster than expected (in 5 days vs 2 weeks estimated). Job was done to my expectations, aesthetic and practical!
