Hi, just saw this comment. Sorry you felt low about the transaction that didn’t push thru but we explained that we tested the product (Breville power juicer) in S&R and it was too noisy unlike slow juicers which are fairly silent. I think that is a fair reason for deciding against a purchase and one that you cannot instantly do in a virtual setting versus buying from a physical store where you can test real time.
