Ridiculous buyer! Bought a 100% authentic, BRAND NEW SEALED set, accused me of selling a fake/refurbished item after opening it. Claimed battery drain without proof and demanded a refund. Rejected all solutions, including authentication, troubleshooting, & i offer to pay battery replacement. Knew is a discontinued model but still expected warranty-like support. FUSSY, DEMANDING, WORST BUYER EVER!😡

Seller saying original brand new,but the battery last long not even 2 hours despite many time charging,software firmware update. She offered me battery replacement for what? If brand new sealed what ever set should work as expected.i ask her to try and test,but she rejected I call and try to explain she don't even talk properly when, shut down to phone to my face and blocked me. If you are selling something you have to stand behind it. Just bought buds 4 pro. I got my lesson buying cheap.
