Really time waster, i patiently dealing with this person after lowballing all of my items. as we agreed on with the items (That he negotiated). he keep changing time on last minute. (that keep going on for 3 weeks). long story short, he didnt buy anything. with a lot of excuses and start lowballing again. dont waste time please.
