For my case as example, even I realize I have bought the wrong one, supposed to be EU 40 when it stated as EU 42. The seller was kind enough and come back another day with my size!! 😡😡😡Dont buy anything from Chris! He wrote to say the packaging box is not original but the 2.1L double boiler is NEW. Upin opening I found no instruction manual and worst the item is used (even a kid can tell ). I wrote and asked for $5 discount to make good his promise as he had unwittingly lied BUT he kept silent. This is a bad seller. Next l am going to lodge complaint with Carousel 🤬
