He and his gf didn't send word in advance that they'd be delayed. Please tell me if you will be late, it's basic manners. And I was very surprised at his gf defiant attitude. I am speechless about that.

Sad that @ken-sh couldn’t understand the situation causing the delay despite being communicated. We asked him to give us 10-15min extra to reach the agreed location which he rejected harshly and impolitely. Furthermore, the valuable item was offered for FREE. We were very surprised that how someone can be so entitled transacting on a free item. We all have errands to run and traffic can unexpectedly get jammed as well.
