Knows their stuff

Jay is a super knowledgeable trainer when it comes to building muscle and strength, not surprising as he used to be competitive dragon boater. What sets him apart from other trainers I have tried (before deciding to commit fully with him) is I could feel that he genuinely cared about transforming me for the better. I can now bench 80kg within 2 months and am no longer a bamboo pole. Thanks Jay :)

A very polite coach, explained everything to me very well and even told me what to eat to increase muscle. He also helped me whenever I had problems. He also made sure that it was very enjoyable and I'm def gonna get more coaching sessions. Thanks for giving me good advice and staying with the entire time explaining everything in detail clearly.
