Really good transaction. We finalised at midnight and the boys were at my place at 9am the next day to help me dispose my sofa. Thanks for the wonderful service.

The item arrived damaged. It wasn’t properly wrapped, and the delivery person was late. I wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone. The seller offered a follow-up service to touch up the paint as an excuse for not compensating for the damaged item, but no one arrived on arranged time/date... I waited. This is another huge disappointment. The apologies were insincere and the service was truly bad.

Hi, thank you for your review. For your job, we charged $65, and we also purchased touch-up paint for $48 buy to fix the table. There is only a very small issue (about 1mm) on the white table leg, and our team offered to do a touch-up painting to resolve it. However, you declined the touch-up and requested a refund instead.
