It was good quality moving but cost too much - their trolley system of charging is flawed - we moved a one-bedroom apartment and had to pay $1000 in the end. It’s good quality and they know what they’re doing but moving simply shouldn’t cost this much.

Made a deposit to their UEN but it was for a different account(same company). Liaised via chat and they assured me that refund will be made after payment of services is completed. Refund was received! Very responsive and they explained the service/charges very clearly. Honest service provider, highly recommended.

Chat communication was good, but they arrived 2 hours before our agreed window l, no alignment. I was at a doctor’s appointment, so they showed up to the seller’s, wrapped the item, couldn’t deliver, and returned it — again without contacting me. The retrieval coordination after was unnecessarily stressful. Movers themselves were fine, but the planning fell apart completely. Wouldn’t use again.
