excellent service from Xiu and Xao Lan team! they are patient, friendly and careful with the items, go the extra mile to ensure items are protected, cables are nearly put away and help to wipe off thick dust before wrapping, very reliable!

It was good quality moving but cost too much - their trolley system of charging is flawed - we moved a one-bedroom apartment and had to pay $1000 in the end. It’s good quality and they know what they’re doing but moving simply shouldn’t cost this much.

As stated in our price list, trolley pushing and staircase carrying are charged separately where applicable. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our communication and service.
