sold preloved but expected it to be new. miss, if you want new stuff go to the mall and buy it. preloved item meant its already been worn and used. so you should expect slight defect. i havent used it in a long time so thats why im not sure the charm is there or not. this buyer is problematic. i already gave discount asked for more than expected it look like new and never been worn. pelik.
