Seller was a middle aged man, should be staying in private condo. I almost never check stuff on the spot cos I trust people have basic integrity. Cant believe I can get "scammed" for $30 by such a profile. Claimed the cheap china tablet's wifi was working and no issue with hardware, so I bought it. Even after I proved that the hardware failed, he insist it is software issue and refused to take the tablet back. Now I know why he refused to give me his hp number when I arranged to meet him
