Irresponsible buyer. Backed out of deal and did not pay backout fee after her po came which I helped her paid first. Agreed to find buyers but not replying messages now. Backed out because she found a cheaper deal lmao.Deal at ur own risk. I waited for a week or 2 to get her to close the deal before she backed out. Total waste of my time

buyer was nice at first, we confirmed and she made an offer. then she found someone else who is selling cheaper so i told her she cant cancel since she has made the offer and she said she don't cancel but we don't meet. then i told her to deposit $15 first & she keep giving excuses, say she cannot bank xfer/deposit cash thus i hv decided to give her a neutral feedback bc once offer has been made, u cant backout or u should hv just looked at more before confirming & making an offer.

Was not a good seller at all she was kind at first than she became rude and asked me where could u meet i said at purple line kadaloor lrt station and than after 1-2 weeks she msg me that we had to meet tmr?
