Fraud. We have deposited 1k reservation but when time comes to get the item they said the item is already sold even if we already had prior agreement that we will get the item and even paid deposit. Did not even inform us that they have sold the item before hand. They should have had some decency telling us first and returning the deposit before selling the freezer to another.Very unprofessional!

Still here tho😅 Your feedback only REFLECTS YOU, your LACK of RESEARCH about FRAUD & unprofessionalism coz seems like you're leaving one out of anger. You offered 12k on 12/12 and assured sending a reservation fee on 12/14 (sent back prior to your fdbk). You keep appealing coz of your injury, understood but hope you also understand that we're just like any seller, LIKE YOU, we have to entertain others when there's no deposit assurance and delay replies from you.
