Initially asked for 5 items and I agreed with some discount. Back out 10 mins before meet up. :( I'm already out of the house with the 5 items.

Hello. I just read through our chatlog again. It's not very nice of you to twist some facts. 1) Thank you for the bulk discount 2) We agreed to meet at 8.30. I reached around 8.20 3) You couldn't make it punctually for 8.30 and I had to leave for work on the dot. That's not backing out, is it? 4) You said 'Ok then' when I said 3), so I don't know why you're leaving a -ve feedback 5) I concede it was my fault I didn't follow up for further meet ups as it's not everyday I get to go to Dhoby Ghaut
