Unpleasant experience. Buyer got friend to collect on his behalf. Friend agreed on pick up time but no show with no advance notice. This was frustrating as I had to change my schedule and rush home to cater to the appointment. Qexpress delivery was subsequently arranged which took additional effort to pack and coordinate. Most upsetting — buyer was unapologetic when informed of friend's no show, like it was none of his business (as evident in his review).
