this buyer offer a lower price and ask for COD then keep silents. item reserved for him few days as he said only weekend he can make it for COD. On Saturday ask this buyer again, he said not able to COD and ask for post. once I ask for payment, then he keep silent and no response at all. seems like he like to do this to many sellers in this platform. please be alert on this buyer and report him
